The hotel has 42 rooms on four different floors, all accessible by lift. Standard in all rooms are flat screen TV, telephone, desk and free WiFi. All bathrooms have hairdryers and are fully tiled. The rooms are nice and bright. In 2011 the hotel will complete an extensive renovation.
The hotel has a charming library in English style and a unique sauna with typical Swedish west coast design. There is also a popular restaurant in the cellar of the building.

”När man först såg hotellet drogs tankarna till någon trevlig engelsk film. För det var verkligen så hotellet såg ut, klassiskt engelskt stadshotell. Lika mysigt var det inuti, med sina mörka trägolv, en brinnande eldstad, bibliotek och Chesterfield-möbler. Personalen var mycket trevlig, och rummen var fina och välst...”

”Bra hotell med spårvagns avstånd till centrum och nära till mässan. Som allergiker skulle jag uppskatta om man hade naturmaterial i sängkläderna... Vore bra med en karta direkt man bokar så man ser ungefär avståndet till tex Storan, Götaplatsen, Mässan etc”
