First Hotel Avalon opened in 2007 and is a feng shui certified hotel where the decor, candles, scent and sound play a major role. The hotel is located at Kungsportsplatsen, right in the middle of the city center. 20 metres from the entrance there is an indoor market with food from all over the world.

First Hotel Avalon offers rooms in six different categories - Penthouse Suite, Suite, Deluxe, Superior, Business and Moderate. All rooms have the same high quality, it is the size of the room that determines which category the room belongs to.

You can book maximum two persons per room - no extra beds are available at the hotel. For families connecting rooms are offered (1 deluxe room + 1 double room with a door in between).

The hotel has bar, lounge and restaurant. The restaurant serves everything from light snacks to traditional à la carte dishes with a modern touch.

Hotel guests can also enjoy a dip in the lovely outdoor pool.
